Naqsh is provided as a tool to help you visualize interior design choices. Measurements, cost estimates and material previews are advisory only — always verify with a qualified professional before making purchasing or construction decisions.
Pro and Studio subscriptions auto-renew through Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds follow the platform's standard policy.
You own your scans, projects and exported PDFs. We claim no rights over them. The material library shipped with the app is licensed to you for use within Naqsh; you may not redistribute or resell the textures themselves.
Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to bypass the paywall of the app. Don't use Naqsh to scan spaces or people without permission.
Naqsh is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AR scans on Android phones without LiDAR are accurate to ±10 cm — this is suitable for visualization, not for legally binding measurements.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CompilerZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including incorrect cost estimates or design decisions.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
